RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Merchandise purchased online may be returned within 30 days from the date the order was placed for a refund.

ALL merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Any merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, smoke, or similar product stains and/or odors will not be accepted, it will be returned to sender, and subject to a shipping charge.

Please note: ALL sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and FINAL SALE. These items CANNOT be returned for a refund and cannot be returned for an exchange.

Returning Online Orders By Mail
1. Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, and the item(s) will be returned to you. Tarpon Tails Co. reserves the right to refuse a refund if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
2. Print off the Tarpon Tails Co. Return Form, fill it out accordingly and include it in your return package.
3. Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. Tarpon Tails Co. recommends using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. Tarpon Tails Co. is NOT responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
4. Once your package is received, please allow our Returns Department up to 5 business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification.

Return Due To Change Of Mind

Tarpon Tails Co. will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received within 30 days of receipt of item and is returned to Tarpon Tails Co. in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be arranged and paid at the customer’s expense.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. Tarpon Tails Co. will notify you once this has been completed through email.
Tarpon Tails Co. will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Warranty Returns
​
Tarpon Tails Co. will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of item(s).
​
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, Tarpon Tails Co. will reimburse the customer upon successful warranty claim.
​
Upon return receipt of item(s) for warranty claim, the customer can expect Tarpon Tails Co. to process the warranty claim within 7 business days.
​
Once a warranty claim is confirmed, the customer will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to payment method,
(b) refund in store credit, or
(c) receive replacement item (if stock is available).

​Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

​Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, Tarpon Tails Co. is able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to the refund policy.​

Process for Parcel Damaged or Lost In-Transit
Tarpon Tails Co. will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim and/or deemed the parcel lost.​​
